I told myself enough was enough and I wouldn’t stop till I became the BEST! I started with my diet, OHH THE HORROR STORIES, sufficed to say IT DIDN'T WORK. So I started working out, fanatically, 5 to 6 days a week from 2 to 4 hours a day. I didn't have any real understanding of what I was doing nor any goals but the dream of benching BIG (I was in high school, low self esteem, no girlfriend and not much else to do).
Well 8 months of extreme training later (that only the gift of youth kept me from seriously injuring myself) I went from a 44” waist to a 34” and my bench went from 185 to 405!
Years later I learned what the secret to my success and ways to take it and myself far beyond where I was with A LOT LESS TIME IN THE GYM. Yup, no BS, today I'm in even better shape than I was in college (I was walking around at 230 with about 5% bodyfat but not much flexibility). Now, working more than full time (trapped behind a desk for 50, 60, even 100 HOURS a week!) I don't have the time or energy to hit the gym like I want. I had to find a better way, so I did!
